Need some ideas for a breakfast smoothie?!? Check out one of my Sunday Morning hemp coconut oil smoothie recipes that tasted yum!!!
To be honest, as far as taste goes, this is probably better described as a Berry Milkshake Smoothie, but the 2 biggest Nutrients Boosters in it are the Hemp and Coconut oil, so they get the title on this occasion!!!
Hemp Coconut Oil Smoothie
1 punnet of fresh strawberries (approx 15 small or 10 medium ones)
1/2 cup of fresh raspberries
1 orange peeled
2 ripe bananas
3 sticks of celery
1 heaped or 2 level tbsps of coconut oil
1 heaped 1tbsp of hemp powder
2 cups / 500mls of water
You’ll need to:
Wash all the fruit, peel the banana and orange, remove the stalks from the strawberries and core the apple.
Then place everything into the blender and process with creamy and smooth.
