12 Ways To Naturally Increase Breastmilk Production #NYR20

After breastfeeding 7 of my own children, restarting my own breastmilk supply at one point, helping many mums to increase their breast milk production and speaking with many experts in the field, there are 12 things that I’ve discovered can be done BEFORE you put your baby on formula milk, to increase your breastmilk quantity and even quality. In this episode of Naturally You Radio, I go into more detail on these 12 points which are:

1. Drink more water and eat even when you’re not hungry

2. Use herbal teas

3. Use smoothies, nut milk, vegetable and fish broth to add liquid nutrients to body

4. Avoid drugs that can block

5. Have as much skin to skin contact with baby as possible

6. Put baby on breast regularly

7. Express between feeds

8. Get as much reset as possible

9. Sit or lie to feed comfortably

10, Position baby properly

11. Massage breasts

12. Visualise full breast
