The Naturally You Day is back and this year’s theme is…
Health, Happiness & Harmony
The Naturally You Day 2017 is focused on helping black women, especially mothers to eat, live and think In a way that brings them health, happiness and harmony in all areas of their life (i.e. being Naturally You).
The speakers, workshop facilitators, exhibitors and staff are all being carefully selected to make sure the experience for our guests is just right!!!
I’m so excited to create this for my sisters; I want it to be a day to be remembered.

Date– Sunday 11th June 2017
Time – 12 – 6pm
Venue – The Unity Centre, 103Church Road, London, NW10 9EG
Admission – £12 each, under 16’s & over 45yrs are free – for group bookings of 5 tickets or more, tickets are £10 each, email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
On The Day There’ll be talks, exhibitors, healthy food, free fitness classes, goody bags, bouncy castle, face painting and games for children.

1:30 – The Mental Oppression Of The Black Woman – June Allen from The Yard Of Greatness –
During her talk, June will explore how racial oppression impacts the emotional wellbeing of black women, our families and relationships.
2:30 – How To Love Your Yoni with Steaming & Eggs – Emma Ako from MamaLuna
Get ready to wave goodbye to painful periods, fibroids, confusing doctors and say hello to rediscovering your feminine power and reclaiming your throne, with with interactive talk & demo from Emma.
3:30 – Healing The Feminine Spirit Through Song – Aisha Peters from VEWA Music
A singer & voice coach for 20yrs, Aisha will help you to sing to reconnect with yourself, you’ll discover how to breath correctly for stress relief & health, the link between vocal tones & chakra points & more.
4:30 – A Mother’s Love Starts On Her Plate – Leah Salmon The Naturally You Coach
Leah Salmon, The Naturally You Coach will share the 9 specific things a mother can do with her diet, to powerfully support her journey through motherhood & her whole family.
