So how does The Naturally You Personalised Diet Plan & Life Plan actually work?
Great Question!!! There are 6 simple stages to the plan which are
1) Evaluation time – The first step of your personalised diet plan is for us to complete the Naturally You Initial Consultation, where we find out exactly where you are with your life and health now, and I’ll make some initial suggestions to get you on track for the Metabolic Typing test.
2. Metabolic Typing Time – Next you’ll be sent the in-depth Metabolic Typing questionnaire to complete, so we can find out as much as possible about how YOUR body is functioning and reacting to food. There are full instructions to complete it and I’ll also give you details on how to complete it on our first call.
3) Results Time – 1-2 days after you’ve submitted the questionnaire, you’ll be sent your results, which include your metabolic type, suggested foods, how to put meals together and more. Along with the results I’ll send some available dates for our results call.
4) Let’s Talk – We’ll get on the phone for about 45mins at an agreed time, to go through all your results so you fully understand them, we’ll put a personalised diet plan together for you for the first few days and you can ask any questions you have so you are 100% ready to get started. I’ll also set you a life planning assignment to complete and return the following week.
5) Let’s Get Started – You’ll set a date to get started on the program and keep a diet check record of what you’re eating and how it makes you feel for 2 weeks. During this time you’ll be on the priority email and WhatsApp list so you can ask any questions you have, should you get stuck or need advice. At the end of the week, you send me your diet check records and I’ll send you feedback and suggestions on them. I’ll also set you another life planning assignment to complete and return the following week.
6) Let’s Talk Some More – You’ll keep your diet check records for a second week and at the end of that week we’ll get on the phone again to go over your 2 weeks, go over your diet check records and answer any questions you have on your assignments and eating plan. You’ll remain on the priority email list for another 2 weeks so I can continue to support you as you continue the plan.
