When you book a Naturally You Healthy Eating Programme with me, this is what happens:
1. Tell Me What’s Going On: I’ll send you 20 questions to answer, telling me what you’re currently eating, sleep patterns, exercise levels, daily schedule , health and life goals and the reason for booking this session, which you’ll complete and email back to me.
2. Let’s Talk & Plan: I‘ll go through your answers, we get on the phone for 45-60mins to go through them all, while I give you tips, advice and actionable steps to take to make improvements in your life, including what to eat, natural remedies and lifestyle recommendations.
3. Action Time & After Care: For 2 weeks following our call, I want to you to keep in touch to let me know how everything is going and if you have questions and want to get in touch, you’ll be put on the priority email list of clients I respond to within 24hrs to help support you through your changes as much as possible.
